Acceptance of terms
By accessing webpro360.com or engaging WebPro360.com, LLC ("WebPro360", "we", "us") for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Our services
We provide website design and development, hosting, business email, email security, marketing and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price for any engagement are defined in a written proposal or agreement provided after a strategy call. That written agreement, where it exists, controls over any general statement on this website.
Engagements and billing
- Recurring services are billed monthly as described in your agreement. The published 360 Plan rate is a starting point confirmed by your written proposal.
- One-time work, such as a website build or migration, is quoted and billed separately.
- Advertising spend, where applicable, is billed at cost on its own line.
- We do not require multi-year lock-in. Cancellation terms are set out in your agreement.
Ownership
On completion and payment, you own your website and its content as described in your agreement. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, infrastructure and any pre-existing materials we license to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site or our services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, or to interfere with the operation or security of our systems.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided on an "as is" basis. While we back ShieldPRO hosting with a 99.9% uptime guarantee as described in your agreement, we make no other warranties except those expressly stated in a signed agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
